This policy is separate from any privacy policy or terms that apply to the RoofVision software application or contractor app.

4. Roof and property photos
RoofVision reports may involve photos of roofs, gutters, flashings, penetrations, exterior walls, surrounding areas, and other visible property features needed to document the roof condition. We aim to collect photos relevant to the report purpose.
We may crop, compress, blur, label, annotate, or otherwise process images for clarity, privacy, file size, report presentation, or sample/report demonstration purposes. We do not intend to publish client-identifiable property photos publicly without permission or appropriate de-identification.
5. Sharing information
We may share information where reasonably needed to provide the report service, operate the business, meet legal obligations, or communicate with you. This may include sharing with:
- Property owners, authorised customers, or requested recipients.
- Insurers, contractors, advisers, or agents where you ask us to share a report.

We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
